Anantara Veli Maldives Resort offers an adults only experience in the Maldives, giving guests the perfect romantic getaway. The property offers an endless list of experiences so no two days are the same.
Our brief was to showcase all of the exiting and unique experiences at the property, whilst highlighting its relaxing and private elements. Another important factor was so showcase “Veli left”, a unique and thrilling surf experience for professional surfers.
With so many experiences on offer, alongside the hotel film fourteen 15 second cuts were also created, one for each activity. This ranges from nurse shark snorkelling to a wellness cooking class, and are primarily intended for social media use. Furthermore, these were created in various aspect ratios for different platforms.
In addition to this, a 30 second cut was also produced giving a quick highlight to all of these activities together.
As our first venture to the Maldives with the Anantara brand, we knew we had to capture everything with the signature Anantara style. Shooting with the same visual concept as the other properties, but with a Maldivian twist, we were able to capture this film.
